How I work
People interest me. How somebody learns, what makes them tick, what goes on in their head when a situation becomes too fast. That is my starting point, not the syllabus.
If one route does not work, I look for another. Over the years I have learnt that there is almost always a way in, you just have to find it. Sometimes it comes through explaining, sometimes through trying things out, sometimes simply through breaking an exercise into smaller steps. And when I have found that way in, it still gives me pleasure every single time, after twenty years.
Patience is part of it, but it is not the goal. The goal is that you end up driving independently and safely, without me.

- TCS-Instruktor (instructor of the Touring Club Suisse)
- Driveswiss certified trainer for people with special needs, including the certificates for autism and ADHD
- Zertifizierter Swiss Handicapdrive Coach (certified coach for driving with an impairment)
- Zertifizierter Seniordrive Coach mit Zusatzausbildung (certified coach for driving in later life, with further training)
- Driver training for corporate clients

My focus areas
I came to these specialist areas through people who had got stuck elsewhere. I took the additional training so I could meet them with proper expertise.
Driver training
From the first lesson to the practical test, in ninety minute sessions. You always drive with the same person, so nothing needs explaining twice.
